Xeinadin was established in 2019 when more than 100 highly successful, independent, business advisory and accountancy practices from across the UK and the Republic of Ireland came together to re-imagine the future of Accountancy. As the Group has evolved, our collective ethos of providing locally-forged, trusted business advice through forward-thinking, close personal relationships remains at the heart of everything that we do. Our people are critical to who we are and what we do. We offer future-focused career opportunities. We support individual specialisms and collaborate across the Group to combine our collective expertise and maximise our potential. We deliver exceptional, wide-ranging client services, operating within a corporate structure whilst benefitting from the personal touch of working with a local accountancy practice.
We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to support our ever expanding accounting teams in Cork’s Airport Business Park. With a unique culture of learning and development and our values-led leadership this is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in Accounting and Finance.
We are looking for someone with good IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel Word etc.) who is organised and with good attention to detail. Duties of the role include:
- Sorting and coding of all packs from the retailer.
- Scanning and organizing of invoices.
- Matching of invoices ensuring that there is record of any missing invoices or dockets.
This role does not require previous experience, just a willingness to learn! A structured training programme in a highly collaborative team-orientated environment is provided.
Xeinadin are an Equal Opportunity Employer and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds. We do not discriminate based on race, age, gender, civil status, family status, disability, sexuality, religion or membership of the Travelling Community.
