Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator with some bookkeeping skills to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and vendor relations
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Work directly with the COO and assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
- Scheduling and Coordinating office events
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Help support the VP of Finance in managing documentation and files associate with accounts and helping to organize the back office.
Requirements
- Some experience in office administration and bookkeeping
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 1-2 years in relevant work experience
