Job Title: Accountant
Location: Kondhwa Pune (Office-based)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support daily accounting operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience in handling company accounts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and books of accounts
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and billing statements
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow
Ensure compliance with TDS, and other statutory requirements
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Coordinate with our Team and assist in audits
Manage payroll and employee expense records
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting
Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and TDS IT filing is mandatory
Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred:
Experience in logistics or transport industry (added advantage)
Knowledge of compliance and documentation work
Salary:
As per experience and industry standards
Working Hours:
Full-time (10-06)
(Office-based role)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
