Mandatory Requirement
Candidates must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
The role involves regular local travel for bank visits, document collection, document submission and other official requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payments
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents
- Manage petty cash and bank transactions
- Assist with bank reconciliation
- Maintain customer and supplier account records
- Support the preparation of financial reports
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents
Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of Tally
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office
- Good numerical and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and responsibly
- Knowledge of GST and basic taxation procedures will be an advantage
