Main Duties
- Data Entry: Type daily money actions and receipts into computer software.
- Bills and Payments: Handle incoming bills and pay vendors on time.
- Money Tracking: Send customer invoices and track money owed to the company.
- Bank Checks: Compare bank statements with company books to find and fix errors.
- General Support: Help senior accountants get files ready for tax time or audits. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Required Skills
- Computer Use: Good skills with spreadsheets (Excel) and accounting programs (like Tally or QuickBooks).
- Accuracy: Strong focus on numbers to stop mistakes.
- Organization: Ability to keep paper and digital files neat.
- Communication: Helpful manners to answer questions from vendors and clients. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Education and Experience
- Training: High school diploma with basic courses in math or business.
- Certificates: Extra courses or certificates in bookkeeping or Excel help applicants get hired faster. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Pay: ₹8,287.94 - ₹10,547.12 per month
