1. Bookkeeping & Record-Keeping
- Maintaining general ledgers
- Recording daily financial transactions
- Managing petty cash
2. Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Managing invoices and payments
- Ensuring timely collections and disbursements
- Vendor/supplier account reconciliation
3. Bank Reconciliation
- Matching company books with bank statements
- Identifying and correcting discrepancies
4. Taxation
- Calculating GST, VAT, TDS, and other applicable taxes
- Preparing tax returns and filings
- Assisting with tax audits
5. Financial Reporting
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Balance sheet, profit & loss statement, cash flow analysis
- Assisting in budgeting and forecasting
6. Compliance & Auditing
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and laws
- Preparing for internal and external audits
- Liaising with auditors and regulatory bodies
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books)
- Strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of local tax laws and compliance
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com
- CA, CMA, CPA (for advanced roles)
- Diploma in accounting or finance (for entry-level jobs)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
