We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, Good accounting knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintaining financial records and updating accounting databases.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and filing.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Update and monitor inter-branch stock transactions.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding/arrear collections.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Other(preferred).
- 1–2 years of accounting/finance experience (freshers with strong skills may be considered).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally software (Tally Prime-5.1)
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Candidates must reside within a 20 km radius of Kondotti.
