The Accounts Receivable Administrator is responsible for various accounts receivable and administrative tasks, processing high volumes of data entry to complete daily invoicing duties. This position is full time based out of Grande Prairie. It is a Monday to Friday position in office
Administrators are expected to hold confidentiality to the highest standard and understand the information being processed is not for discussion with others outside of the organization and with co-workers unless it is for cross training purposes. The role is important for the smooth-running of our business and requires accurate and timely processing of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Full Cycle Accounts Receivable
- Data Entry
- Track, code, verify and obtain approval for invoices/tickets in accordance with company procedures
- Client Account Collections, Relationship Management
- Create and manage various reports and spreadsheets
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, email inquiries, greet branch visitors and provide exceptional customer service to all internal/external clients
- Filing & Scanning documents
- Assist various departments and co-workers when needed
- Other duties as needed
Skills/Experience
- Previous oilfield office experience is a must (Minimum 1 Year)
- Preference to those holding Oilfield administration Certification
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Must be highly motivated and organized
- Able to manage high volumes, change and requests in a positive manner
- Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks proficiently
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to engage with a team with diverse backgrounds
- Strong computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook, etc.)
- MUST have knowledge of Payload, Open Invoice and other oilfield software programs an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
