We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable functions efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Process payments for invoices related to goods and services.
- Prepare various accounting reports and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts.
- Validate and obtain documents for accurate data management.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations with close coordination among bank, finance, and treasury teams.
- Execute journal entries in compliance with auditing standards, including trial balances and other financial documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- At least five years of experience in financial or accounts receivable operations
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Quickbooks
- Financial background (understanding the full AR cycle).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to engage professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with various accounting software and accounts receivable in regulated industries is advantageous.

Pay: $42,063.21-$60,759.11 per year
