The Role: Accounts Technician with Other Office Duties

Duties Include:

• General office duties including data entry, purchase orders, renewal of policies and statutory requirements, telephone and reception
• Monitor income and expenditure, and prepare basic financial reports
• Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger posting
• Process supplier invoices and purchase orders
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to resolve account queries
• General office administration, emails, filing, and document control
• Following up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and overdue payments

Successful candidate must have:

• Good working knowledge of MS office (especially excel)
• A minimum of three years experience working in an accounts role
• Experience using Ylem accounting system would be desirable.
