Job Responsibilities:
- To provide customers support and handle inquiries
- To provide support on daily ordering, send order, input and update in inventory system
- To ensure the accuracy of all reports and on time submission.
- Coordinate with Warehouse for any stock and ordering issue
- To assist in any other ad hoc activities
Requirements:
- Required traits: meticulous, organized, responsible, willing to learn, high integrity
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new software
- Work well with deadlines
- Well-organize, self-motivation and able to work independently
- Experience in Inventory Reconciliation and SAP would be an advantage
- 5.5 working days per week (Saturday can work from home)
