Position: Administration Officer
Qualification:
- Graduate in Business Administration / Management / Commerce or any relevant discipline.
- Certification in Office/School Administration, Digital Media, or related fields will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Freshers are also welcome (age below 35 years).
- Prior experience in administration / school operations / digital media management preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attendance & Leave Management – Maintain staff attendance and leave records in the ERP system (online); offline records will be managed by the Front Office Executive.
- ERP Management – Ensure all data, records, and reports are updated regularly in the school ERP platform.
- Social Media Handling – Manage and update official school social media pages daily with engaging content, achievements, announcements, and event updates.
- Content Creation – Design daily posters, creatives, and short videos for social media promotions and internal communication.
- General Administration – Support smooth functioning of school operations, coordinate with departments, and follow up on assigned administrative tasks.
- Reporting – Compile and submit daily/weekly reports to the Principal on administrative and digital activities.
- Event & Activity Support – Assist in organizing school functions, parent meetings, and board-related inspections.
- Liaison & Coordination – Work closely with the Principal, coordinators, and staff to ensure proper execution of duties assigned.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and basic graphic design tools (Canva / Photoshop / Video editing).
- Good communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity in content design for social media.
- Ability to work independently under deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,440.20 - ₹30,000.00 per month
