About The Role
Role Details: Monday to Friday09:00 to 17:30
Rate of Pay: €16.88 per hour
Role Requirements:
- Complete all required training items (SOP’s, CBT’s, OJT’s ILC’s etc.) within the associated timeframes prior to performing any associated tasks.
- Comply with all IOP’s Environmental, Health & Safety policies / procedures & associated with client requests
- Responsibility for weekly printing, validating over 400+ checklist
- Managing weekly staff checklist folders
- Completing Bidvest Noonan/Client weekly cleaning service report
- Assisting with all Operational admin requests
- Assisting with EHS Admin Support ie Escalation Wastes Issues, Quarterly MSRA Documents
- Manage Clean Raheen Request by uploading, closing, and provided weekly reports
- Planning Monthly MNT Works
- Planning, Printing, Reporting Trends analysis for team leads & Supervisor Monthly Ecat Audits
- Manage all Bidvest Noonan WhatsApp Groups
- Manage End of Day Report of Client Facilities Team
