Job Summary
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our team with various administrative tasks, enhancing productivity, and providing exceptional customer service. You’ll be the friendly face at the front desk and the voice on the other end of the phone, making a positive impact on both our team and our clients.
What you’ll do
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors with a warm welcome and directing them appropriately.
- Handle multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective communication and excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in calendar management, scheduling appointments, and communicating timelines to consultants and clients.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Support consultants in compiling application packages, scanning documents and cross-checking submissions.
- Support office management by ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a tidy workspace.
- Proofread documents to ensure clarity and accuracy before distribution.
Basic qualifications
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Fluent in Punjabi or Hindi language
Preferred qualifications
- One year of experience in an administrative, legal, or immigration-related setting is preferred.
- Relevant Education in an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.70 per hour
