St. Paul's Nursing Home is recruiting an Administrator to join our organisation. This is a dual focused role between administration and reception.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing phone calls, emails, and other forms of written correspondence.
  • Office management tasks such as ordering stationary, consumables and equipment
  • Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
  • Preparing and sending invoices
  • Keep records and reports up to date
  • Payroll and rostering
  • Managing supplier invoices
  • Interacting publicly at reception

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least one year experience in a similar role.
  • The ability to work under pressure and also show initiative.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong Microsoft package and general PC skills

Work Schedule

Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm

Salary

Salary is commensurate on experience and will be discussed at interview.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: In person
