Our job opportunity


Today, we are currently recruiting an Airside Operations Trainer.


Your responsibilities


  • Your daily tasks
  • Designing, developing and running training programs tailored to airside operational, regulatory and safety issues.

  • Updating training content in line with changes in industry standards and best practices.

  • Providing initial, recurrent and refresher training in a variety of formats (face-to-face, e-learning)

  • Assessing trainees' skills and issue the requisite certifications

  • Identifying training needs and propose targeted corrective actions

  • Ensuring administrative follow-up of trained personnel and plan mandatory training in line with regulatory deadlines

  • Validating airport partners' training programs where necessary

  • Collaborating with operations, safety and compliance teams to ensure a harmonized approach

  • Developing procedures and tools in line with the training provided

  • Contributing to and participate in audits and investigations, and make recommendations based on the training provided

  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and produce reports for management

  • If necessary, providing operational support to Airside Inspectors by taking on some of their missions, in accordance with their job description

  • Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile


Studies / training

University degree (Bac+3) or relevant experience in a similar position

Experience

  • Initial successful experience in developing and implementing training programs

  • 5 years' significant operational experience in Airside operations

  • Knowledge and understanding of airport airside operations

Skills and knowledge required


  • IT Tools

Mandatory:

Microsoft Office suite


  • Languages

Mandatory:

  • French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)

  • English: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum) – Level 4 OACI


  • Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job
  • In-depth knowledge of airside operations, including safety rules, equipment and procedures.

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Teaching skills, structure and organization

  • Autonomy and sense of responsibility


  • Other
  • Valid permanent B driving licence
