Our job opportunity
Today, we are currently recruiting an Airside Operations Trainer.
Your responsibilities
Your daily tasks
Designing, developing and running training programs tailored to airside operational, regulatory and safety issues.
Updating training content in line with changes in industry standards and best practices.
Providing initial, recurrent and refresher training in a variety of formats (face-to-face, e-learning)
Assessing trainees' skills and issue the requisite certifications
Identifying training needs and propose targeted corrective actions
Ensuring administrative follow-up of trained personnel and plan mandatory training in line with regulatory deadlines
Validating airport partners' training programs where necessary
Collaborating with operations, safety and compliance teams to ensure a harmonized approach
Developing procedures and tools in line with the training provided
Contributing to and participate in audits and investigations, and make recommendations based on the training provided
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and produce reports for management
If necessary, providing operational support to Airside Inspectors by taking on some of their missions, in accordance with their job description
Your other missions
Participating in the integration of new employees
Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile
Studies / training
University degree (Bac+3) or relevant experience in a similar position

Experience
Initial successful experience in developing and implementing training programs
5 years' significant operational experience in Airside operations
Knowledge and understanding of airport airside operations

Skills and knowledge required
IT Tools
Mandatory:
Microsoft Office suite
Languages
Mandatory:
French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
English: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum) – Level 4 OACI
Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job
In-depth knowledge of airside operations, including safety rules, equipment and procedures.
Good interpersonal skills
Teaching skills, structure and organization
Autonomy and sense of responsibility
OtherValid permanent B driving licence
