We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Benefit Specialist/ AR Caller to join our healthcare revenue cycle team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in eligibility and benefits verification, patient calling, and accounts receivable follow-up. This role requires working during US business hours (night shift) and demands excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with insurance representatives and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience (ABA specialty preferred).
• Familiar with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding standards.
• Hands-on experience with billing software and EHR systems.
• Added advantage: Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) specialty billing.
• Perform eligibility and benefits verification with insurance companies before services are rendered.
• Call patients to confirm insurance coverage, collect necessary details, and explain their financial responsibility.
• Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims to ensure timely payment.
• Document all actions taken and maintain accurate and up-to-date notes in the billing system.
• Respond to payer requests and denials, and escalate unresolved claims when necessary.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AR calling, specifically with eligibility verification, denials and patient interaction.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare terminology, insurance policies, and billing processes.
• Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Must be comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones.
• Proficiency in medical billing software and EHR System.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare RCM platforms.
• Prior experience working with US-based healthcare providers or billing companies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
