Edenhills , part of the InvoCare Group , is South Australia’s leading provider of pet cremation services. Based in Lonsdale , we partner with veterinary practices and their clients to offer respectful and dignified pet aftercare, supporting grieving families with empathy and professionalism.

We’re currently seeking a Casual Area Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for animals, strong customer service skills, and a desire to make a real difference in people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect deceased pets from veterinary clinics and homes with care and dignity
• Return pet ashes to clients and clinics, providing empathetic support
• Navigate daily runs efficiently and maintain high standards of vehicle and workspace cleanliness
• Accurately fulfil system requirements and ensure smooth service delivery
• Represent Edenhills with professionalism and compassion

About You:

• Passionate about helping others and supporting families during difficult times
• Emotionally intelligent and compassionate toward animals
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a clean, professional environment
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg and handling pets respectfully
• Hold a full, unrestricted driver’s licence
• Available for casual shifts, including weekends and ad hoc weekdays
