Area Operations Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Area Operations Manager to lead multiple bars & restaurants, inspire strong teams, and elevate performance across the board.

In this pivotal role, you’ll champion operational excellence, shape service standards, and deliver exceptional commercial results while supporting and developing the management teams in your area.

About The Role

As Area Operations Manager, you will:

• Lead and support General Managers across multiple bars and hospitality venues.
• Ensure consistent standards in service, compliance, and brand execution.
• Monitor and improve operational performance, including management, stock control, and cost efficiencies.
• Review and analyse financial reports (P&L, budgets, forecasts) to identify opportunities and implement action plans.
• Drive revenue growth through promotions, events, and upselling strategies.
• Recruit, train, and develop management teams; foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, HACCP, health & safety, and company policies.
• Act as a key liaison between venue teams and senior leadership.
