Role and Responsibilities:
- Assembly Line Operations: Perform various tasks on the assembly line to ensure the timely and accurate assembly of hardware items used in furniture manufacturing.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all assembled products meet quality standards and specifications by performing visual checks and following quality guidelines.
- Maintenance & Setup: Set up the assembly line equipment, ensure smooth operation, and assist with routine maintenance.
- Tool Handling: Operate hand tools, machines, and other equipment used in the assembly process.
- Process Optimization: Work closely with the team to identify potential improvements in the assembly process to increase efficiency and reduce defects.
- Inventory Management: Ensure the necessary materials and components are available for production and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate records of production processes and results, report any issues or delays to the management team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure a smooth production flow.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
