Key Responsibilities

• Help Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
• Drive business performance by managing costs, increasing sales, and achieving key targets
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Manage bookings, reservations, and restaurant flow for a smooth guest experience
• Help to recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a high-performing team
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain consistency in food and beverage quality
