Part-Time Property Liaison – Cleveland / East Cleveland
$500/month | Flexible Hours | Local Applicants Only
Seeking a reliable, hands-on individual to oversee two small multifamily properties in the area of Eastern Cleveland.
Most work is remote, with weekly on-site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate weekly by phone with contractor
Check on properties and report issues to owner
Do light tasks (e.g., change security camera batteries)
Help tenants communicate with owner as needed
Ensure lockbox is in place for realtor access
Ideal Candidate:
Lives near East Cleveland
Handy, responsive, and professional
Comfortable interacting with tenants and vendors
Great part-time opportunity for someone local seeking extra income.
