What You’ll Do:

• Lead the team in daily retail operations, supporting store success
• Drive exceptional customer experiences while managing cash handling and inventory
• Turn challenges into opportunities for customer satisfaction and retention
• Inspire and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and energetic environment

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail or a similar role
• Strong background in sales, cash handling, and customer service
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• A knack for solving problems on the fly with a calm, can-do attitude
• Tech-savvy and eager to use various platforms to streamline operations
• Passion for learning and educating others about cannabis
• Pre-employment Criminal Record Check and CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate required
• Bonus: Education in business, sales, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Mentor and support team members in their daily tasks, fostering growth
• Address customer inquiries and ensure an exceptional experience
• Ensure compliance with all cannabis regulations and company standards
• Work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and profitability goals
