Job Description

Assistant

Responsibilities:

Assist senior recruiters with sourcing, screening, and interviewing blue grey collar job candidates
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
Manage job postings on various platforms and social media channels
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job records in the recruitment system
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed

Good to Have:

Experience in recruitment or HR administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
