What You Bring to the Table

• 3–5+ years of proven F&I experience in a high-volume store
• Mastery of prime, subprime, and special finance
• A track record of $1,800+ PVR, 80%+ product penetration, and 100% legal compliance
• Strong menu presentation, objection handling, and high-level closing skills
• Professionalism, integrity, and a team-first attitude
• Familiarity with Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, RouteOne, or similar systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:
