Position Overview

As an Automotive Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of the dealership, guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism, product knowledge, and a commitment to service. This is a floor-based role that requires energy, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right vehicle to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in the showroom and on the lot
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and options
• Present vehicles in a compelling and informative manner
• Assist customers throughout the buying process, from test drive to financing
• Follow up with leads and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Stay current on inventory, product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
• Work collaboratively with sales managers and team members to meet or exceed goals

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
