WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

● Helping customers find their perfect vehicle by greeting them, building relationships, and guiding them through the car-buying process.

● Learning and mastering sales techniques, including the 10 Steps to the Sale, negotiation strategies, and how to deliver world-class service.

● Earning while you learn through our hands-on training program, allowing you to start making money while building your expertise.

● Creating an amazing customer experience by not just selling cars but also building relationships that bring customers back for life.

WORK SCHEDULE:

● Full-time position

● Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

ENVIRONMENT DEMANDS:

Duties are performed throughout the premises, both indoors and outdoors and on customer test drives. Due to the nature of the position, may be exposed to various work environments and required to perform a variety of tasks. Heavy standing work. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments.
