- Acquire new customers for banking products with focus on credit cards
- Generate leads through field activities, references, and open market
- Explain features, benefits, eligibility, and charges of multiple bank credit cards
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly customer acquisition targets
2. Credit Card Sales Performance
- Sell credit cards of multiple banks such as HDFC, Axis, SBI, ICICI, etc.
- Maintain a healthy approval to rejection ratio
- Ensure complete and accurate application submissions
- Achieve card-wise and bank-wise sales targets
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Address basic customer queries related to application status
- Ensure positive customer experience from lead to card approval
- Generate repeat referrals through satisfied customers
4. Lead Management and Follow Ups
- Manage assigned and self-generated leads efficiently
- Conduct regular follow ups with prospects for application completion
- Update lead status accurately in CRM or tracking sheets
- Minimize lead leakage and improve conversion rate
5. Documentation and Compliance
- Collect correct KYC and income documents from customers
- Verify documents as per bank and DSA guidelines
- Ensure zero fraud, fake or manipulated documentation
- Follow all compliance and ethical sales standards
6. Field Activity and Market Coverage
- Conduct daily field visits in assigned areas
- Identify high potential locations for credit card sales
- Maintain daily activity levels as per company guidelines
- Represent the DSA brand professionally in the market
7. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Coordinate with back office and operations teams for application processing
- Share complete and accurate details to reduce rework and rejections
- Escalate issues related to delays or customer concerns on time
8. Reporting and MIS
- Submit daily sales and activity reports
- Track applications, approvals, rejections, and payouts
- Maintain accuracy in reporting and data submission
9. Revenue and Payout Focus
- Maximize approved cases to improve payout earnings
- Focus on quality sales for long-term sustainability
- Support company revenue goals through consistent performance
10. Brand and Ethics
- Maintain ethical selling practices at all times
- Avoid mis-selling or false commitments
- Protect company and bank brand reputation in the field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
