Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and maintaining the bar area to the highest standards.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Manage cash handling processes accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
• Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• A passion for the food industry and eagerness to learn about new drink recipes and techniques.
