A welcoming ambiance, delicious food, award winning cocktails, exclusive whiskey selection, late bar and entertainment 7 nights a week. Situated at the corner of Cross Street and Middle Street, The Dáil Bar is perfectly located in the vibrant Latin Quarter, where both locals and tourists alike socialise.

We’re currently looking for an experienced bartender to join our team.

The Role

• Prepare and serve drinks including cocktails, spirits, beer, and other beverages to a high standard.
• Deliver fast, efficient service in a busy bar environment.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on whiskey, gin, tequila, and other drinks, enhancing the customer experience.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay informed on current drinks offerings.
• Deliver consistently high levels of customer service.
• Work effectively as part of a team during peak service times.

The Candidate

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy bartending role.
• Available to work full-time hours.
• Cocktail experience essential.
• Strong knowledge of spirits and bar products essential.
• Ability to confidently recommend whiskey, gin, tequila, and other drinks.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and strong team ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €14.35-€16.50 per hour
