Per Bar Cavour siamo alla ricerca di un* BARTENDER che si occupi della preparazione e ideazione dei cocktail.
Il/La Bartender si occuperà della preparazione dei cocktail e miscelati, oltre che dell'ideazione di nuovi cocktail da proporre alla clientela. Inoltre, si interfaccerà quotidianamente con la clientela per ascoltarne le esigenze, fornendo consigli, informazioni e soddisfandone le richieste.
Gestirà il monitoraggio delle scorte e forniture, organizzando gli ordini e le comunicazioni ai fornitori. Infine, sarà responsabile dell'osservazione e applicazione di tutte le norme di igiene e sicurezza.
La risorsa ideale ha maturato consolidata esperienza nella cocktailerie, in Italia o all'Estero, sia nella preparazione di classici che nell'ideazione di nuove miscele. Cerchiamo una persona con ottime capacità comunicative e di ascolto, da poter inserire nel nostro Team, disponibile al lavoro in orario serale.
