Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service regulations and promoting safe drinking practices
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet, or nightclub events to ensure seamless service
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies, tracking usage, and communicating stock needs promptly

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail math and food industry knowledge are advantageous
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for diverse guests
• Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling, and responsible alcohol service regulations
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and inventory purposes
• Previous experience working in hospitality environments like brewing establishments or food service venues is highly desirable
