Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure a lively atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back. Whether mixing cocktails, serving drinks, or engaging with guests, you will play a key part in delivering a top-tier customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to understand their preferences and recommend drinks accordingly.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Manage multiple responsibilities including serving at nightclubs or banquet events, catering functions, or retail outlets within the hospitality industry.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment while providing excellent customer service in both fine dining settings and casual venues.
• Handle cash handling duties, perform basic math calculations for transactions, and keep accurate records of sales and inventory.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within the food industry; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts while maintaining quality service standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales tracking.

Pay: $10.98 per hour
