Job Overview

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Bartender to join our F&B team at Dwarka, Delhi NCR.

The role involves preparing and serving beverages, supporting day-to-day bar operations, maintaining hygiene and service standards, handling guest requirements, and managing bar inventory and billing processes.

Candidates with hands-on experience in bars, hotels, restaurants, clubs, lounges, or hospitality establishments are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest requirements.
• Prepare basic cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
• Maintain smooth day-to-day bar operations.
• Interact with guests professionally and provide courteous service.
• Take beverage orders accurately and process orders through the POS system.
• Handle billing and coordinate with the cashier and F&B team.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and service area.
• Monitor beverage stock and support regular inventory checks.
• Maintain proper storage and handling of beverages, ingredients, glassware, and bar equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about replenishment requirements.
• Minimize wastage and follow company procedures for stock control.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
• Maintain proper grooming and professional service standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth guest service.
• Handle basic guest queries and service requirements professionally.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Bartender or in a similar bar service role.
• Practical knowledge of basic cocktail and mocktail preparation.
• Experience in bar operations and beverage service.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic billing procedures.
• Basic understanding of beverage stock management and inventory control.
• Good guest-handling and communication skills.
• Knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Compensation and Benefits
