Bartender

We are seeking a Bartender to join our service teams and uphold the exceptional standards of Ferilli’s Hospitality Group. As Bartender, you will support your service team to be able to ensure the highest quality of cocktail and drink preparation and presentation while maintaining the presentation and taste.

Ferilli’s Hospitality Group Bartender responsibilities;

• Execute innovative international well known cocktails that showcase Ferilli’s level and creativity

• Be a valued member of our Ferilli’s team, maintain a collaborative and positive work environment

• Train and develop your mixologists techniques, drink safety standards, and adherence to recipes and mixing guidelines

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and drink quality throughout all bar areas

How to succeed as Bartender at Ferilli’s Hospitality Group;

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-end cocktail bar

• Interested to gain knowledge as mixologist

• Strong teambuilding skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your teammembers

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high demanding environment, multitask and meet expectations without compromising quality
