Key Responsibilities
- Greet every guest immediately in a friendly and approachable manner
- Offer food and beverages from the bar
- Protect our Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol
- Ensure the bar remains stocked and looking fantastic
- Be efficient in handling cash
- Offer optimum guest service – create “Moments that Matter”
- Take pride in preparing and serving drinks according to Topgolf recipes and standards
- Suggest premium menu items to enhance the Guest’s experience and maximise sales
Key Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Energy and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time, manoeuvring up and down stairs
