About the Role

GloriDerm Aesthetic Clinic is seeking a skilled and client-focused Beauty Therapist to deliver high-quality skin, body, and wellness treatments. The ideal candidate should be experienced, well-groomed, and passionate about beauty, skincare, and customer service.

Key ResponsibilitiesSkin & Beauty Treatments

• Perform facials, clean-ups, exfoliation, and basic skincare procedures.
• Assist with aesthetic treatments such as chemical peels, dermaplaning, hydrafacial-type procedures (after training).
• Provide body polishing, body scrubs, and other basic wellness treatments.
• Recommend skincare products and home-care routines to clients.
• Maintain treatment standards to ensure consistent, safe, and effective services.

Client Care & Communication

• Greet clients warmly and understand their skin or beauty concerns.
• Explain procedures, benefits, and aftercare clearly.
• Maintain confidentiality, comfort, and trust with clients.
• Handle client queries professionally and escalate as needed.

Clinic Coordination

• Prepare treatment rooms, tools, and materials before each session.
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and sterilisation standards.
• Support the front desk during busy hours (basic assistance).
• Maintain inventory of beauty products, consumables, and skincare items.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with doctors, nurses, and aesthetic staff.
• Participate in training sessions for advanced aesthetic procedures.
• Ensure smooth daily flow and high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / Certification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology.
• Experience in skincare, facials, beauty treatments (mandatory).
• Good communication skills, polite behavior, and customer-friendly attitude.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and skin types.
• Presentable, disciplined, and service-oriented personality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
