Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter (Fresher) – Night Shift

Shift Timings: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00AM)

Job Type: Full-Time, Fresher Friendly

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic Fresher Bench Sales Recruiters to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates interested in starting a career in recruitment and sales, especially in the IT/Staffing domain. The role is completely night shift based.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential candidates for IT staffing/bench sales roles.
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through calls, emails, and social media.
Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the database.
Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with clients.
Support the recruitment team in meeting weekly and monthly hiring goals.
Learn and develop industry-specific recruitment skills under guidance.

Eligibility:

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Positive attitude, enthusiasm to learn, and a team player.
