Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter (Fresher) – Night Shift
Shift Timings: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00AM)
Job Type: Full-Time, Fresher Friendly
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic Fresher Bench Sales Recruiters to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates interested in starting a career in recruitment and sales, especially in the IT/Staffing domain. The role is completely night shift based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential candidates for IT staffing/bench sales roles.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through calls, emails, and social media.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the database.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with clients.
- Support the recruitment team in meeting weekly and monthly hiring goals.
- Learn and develop industry-specific recruitment skills under guidance.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm to learn, and a team player.
