<Overview>
Join our dynamic team as a Billing Clerk and become a vital part of our financial operations! In this energetic role, you will manage the billing process, ensure accurate invoicing, and support the overall revenue cycle management.
<Responsibilities>
- Prepare, review, and process invoices using various TMS truck software and accounting software such as QuickBooks,Fleet Manager and other financial systems.
- Conduct data entry with precision, including journal entries,
- Analyze account statements to identify discrepancies or issues requiring resolution; perform account analysis regularly.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to billing inquiries via phone or email while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
<Skills>
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
- Excellent data entry skills with a focus on 10 key typing accuracy and speed.
- Strong organizational skills combined with attention to detail in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills to ensure clear customer interactions via phone or written correspondence.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
