<Responsibilities>

• Prepare, review, and process invoices using various TMS truck software and accounting software such as QuickBooks,Fleet Manager and other financial systems.
• Conduct data entry with precision, including journal entries,
• Analyze account statements to identify discrepancies or issues requiring resolution; perform account analysis regularly.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to billing inquiries via phone or email while maintaining professional phone etiquette.

<Skills>

• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
• Excellent data entry skills with a focus on 10 key typing accuracy and speed.
• Strong organizational skills combined with attention to detail in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills to ensure clear customer interactions via phone or written correspondence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
