Job Title: Billing Executive (Female - Fresher)

Position Summary:

This entry-level position is ideal for female candidates who are recent graduates and looking to build a career in finance or accounting. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day billing operations, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing, and supporting the finance team with administrative and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, process, and issue client invoices in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate billing records and ensure proper documentation
  • Follow up with internal teams to ensure billing data is complete and correct
  • Assist in reconciling billing discrepancies and resolving invoice queries
  • Support the finance team with basic reporting and administrative duties

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (B.Com, BBA, M.Com, etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative

  • Fluent in English

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹9,306.73 - ₹20,000.00 per month
  • Overtime pay available
  • Two-month paid training in Ahmedabad
  • Ideal candidate would have to go through a two month of training in Ahmedabad on Company's expense.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
