Responsibilities:

· Processes AP/AR invoices and billing daily.

· Complete bi-monthly AP check runs.

· Uses judgment to make decisions on significant accounting items dealing with billing, credit, etc.

· Communicate with both management and customers on issues revolving around billing.

· Enters Utility and Employee expenses.

· Assist Service Department with invoicing.

· Complete credit memo log and audit monthly.

· Complete a weekly shipment audit.

· Communicate with sales team on a regular basis.

· All other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

· Associate or bachelor’s degree in an accounting related field is preferred.

· Proven experience in the accounting field.

· Highschool diploma or GED is required.

· Must have background using Microsoft 365 Suite.

· Attention to detail.

· Ability to communicate clearly and have strong communication skills.

· Team player and willing to help others.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Self-motivated and can work independently.

Pay: $27.00 - $29.80 per hour
