Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and company records
• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with payroll processing and related reporting requirements
• Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience with bookkeeping and accounting practices in a professional setting
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks is essential
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes
• Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to analyze financial data accurately and prepare clear reports
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and vendors

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
