We are looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates for the BPO Executive role. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions through calls, chats, or emails and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries and issues effectively
Provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain customer records and documentation
Follow company policies and quality standards
Skills Required:
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Customer handling skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
