Brand Strategist & Manager
Location: Delhi / Hybrid

About the Role:
Social Shosha — a creative marketing agency working with top Indian and international brands — is hiring a Brand Strategist & Manager. The ideal candidate understands the ideology behind marketing and branding, manages client relationships, and ensures campaigns are executed with clarity and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies for diverse clients.
- Handle client communication and turn briefs into actionable plans.
- Create monthly social media content calendars aligned with platform algorithms.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to deliver strategy-driven creatives.
- Stay updated on moment marketing, digital trends, and AI tools.
- Manage both corporate and international clients with professionalism.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or social media (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing psychology, and content planning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of social media algorithms, AI tools, and digital trends.
- A smart worker who knows how to get things done efficiently.
