Brand Strategist & Manager

Location: Delhi / Hybrid

About the Role:
Social Shosha — a creative marketing agency working with top Indian and international brands — is hiring a Brand Strategist & Manager. The ideal candidate understands the ideology behind marketing and branding, manages client relationships, and ensures campaigns are executed with clarity and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies for diverse clients.
Handle client communication and turn briefs into actionable plans.
Create monthly social media content calendars aligned with platform algorithms.
Coordinate with the design and content teams to deliver strategy-driven creatives.
Stay updated on moment marketing, digital trends, and AI tools.
Manage both corporate and international clients with professionalism.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or social media (agency experience preferred).
Strong understanding of branding, marketing psychology, and content planning.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of social media algorithms, AI tools, and digital trends.
A smart worker who knows how to get things done efficiently.
