Job Description:
Superintendent positions available for luxury rental buildings in HRM.
Residential rental unit provided (taxable benefit) Live-In position only.
Hot water & 6 appliances included.
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
General maintenance of building.
Cleaning all common areas (lobbies, elevators, hallways, garbage/recycling room, etc).
Carrying building cell phone 24/7 & responding to emergencies.
Work in conjunction with property management to monitor subcontractors & communicate professionally with residents of the building.
Some evening & weekend work required.
