The Associate – Business Development will play a key role in expanding CWH Advisors’ presence in the private equity market. This individual will focus on building relationships with PE investors and portfolio companies, identifying business opportunities, and supporting the execution of CWH’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with CWH consultants to learn the products and services offered by the firm and articulate those services to prospective clients
  • Identify and engage private equity firms and portfolio companies that could benefit from CWH’s healthcare advisory services
  • Develop and nurture relationships with investors, deal teams, and operating partners
  • Support sales and marketing efforts by preparing pitch materials, case studies, and industry insights
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to craft and execute targeted business development strategies
  • Monitor industry trends and track relevant M&A activity, PE investments, and healthcare sector movements
  • Coordinate outreach and engagement efforts with CWH leadership to drive deal flow

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in consulting, finance, investment banking, private equity, or healthcare business development
  • Strong understanding of the private equity landscape and investment process
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Strong analytical and research skills to identify opportunities and trends in the healthcare investment space
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop compelling outreach materials
  • Highly organized, proactive, and driven to succeed in a fast-moving, high-impact role
