We have a new opportunity for a Business Development Coordinator to support and strengthen our opportunity management and growth processes across the business. This role is ideal for someone who brings sound knowledge and experience in business development processes and CRM systems, currently seeking a flexible, part-time role. The role is also open to those looking to build a pathway into broader Business Development activities.
This position will initially be offered on a 3-day per week (or equivalent) basis, with potential to extend / grow based on individual and company needs.

About the Role
As the Business Development Coordinator, you will bring additional rigour and discipline to the Business Development, CRM and bid response processes, helping to build a strong foundation for business growth and success.
Your primary focus will be on CRM and portal management, data quality and processes, helping embed CRM and Business Development processes across the business and reducing administrative load on senior leaders.
You will be part of a small but high-impact team and work closely with Senior Executives, Divisional Managers and the Commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support BD and CRM processes, from lead development through to tender submission and win.
Act as a central point of connection between key stakeholders and teams to ensure timely, accurate and efficient responses to opportunities.
Maintain and improve data quality, consistency and transparency across the CRM and external portals.
Support the embedding of CRM and BD processes across the organisation, positioning the CRM as the core system for opportunity and growth management.
Manage CRM and portal inputs to reduce manual data entry by senior executives while improving visibility, oversight and decision-making
Drive cross-division and cross-regional engagement to support prioritisation of growth opportunities and informed strategic trade-offs.
Provide insights into opportunity pipelines, growth gaps and strengths to support strategic planning and potential M&A considerations.
Ensure correct requirements, documentation and information are identified, sourced and implemented throughout BD and bid processes
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including future innovation in channels to market.
About You
Sound understanding of business development processes and opportunity management.
Strong familiarity with CRM content, objectives and processes.
Experience navigating and/or managing CRM systems (NetSuite experience highly regarded).
Background in industrial, project-based or contracting environments will be highly regarded.
Highly collaborative, excellent communication skills and confidence to work with and influence senior stakeholders.
Organised, task-driven and disciplined, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
