Key Responsibilities:
- Identify profitable business opportunities through market research, networking, and analysis of trends.
- Generate and pursue leads to acquire new clients and expand existing customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Attend industry events and networking activities to research prospects and represent the company.
- Monitor and analyze business performance, sales metrics, and market trends to refine strategies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members (if applicable).
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is often preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and negotiation tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
