Business Development Executive (Telecalling)
Mumbai (Andheri East) | Work From Office | 6 Days
₹16,000 In Hand | Freshers Welcome
About the Role: This is a telecalling role where you will be calling existing donors of Ketto who showed interest in donating but didn't complete it. Your job is to connect with them, understand their concern, and help them complete their donation.
What You'll Do:
- Call warm leads (existing donors) throughout the day
- Thank them, understand why they dropped off and note their feedback
- Persuade them to complete their donation
- Upsell the donation amount where possible
- Update donor details in the system after every call
What We're Looking For:
- 0–1 year experience (freshers welcome)
- Good Hindi communication skills
- Comfortable with telecalling and targets
- Ready to work from office in Andheri East, 6 days a week
- Immediate joiner preferred
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
